What is a personalized recovery plan?

A personalized recovery plan is a report that is customized to your unique situation. The report gives you suggestions and advice on how to obtain sobriety. This report is written by a chemical dependency/ substance abuse professional.

How do I get the personalized recovery plan?

The first thing you need to do is sign up for an account. It is free to sign up and you can choose to receive our monthly newsletters and tips via email all regarding recovery and sobriety or opt out of this benefit. Membership is free.

Once you become a member you can log in under My Account and choose Access Survey.

The survey can take as long or as little as you would like but we prefer that you answer each question with as much information as you can. The more information we have, the better we can tailor your plan.

When you are finished with your survey you will be invoiced for the report. Once payment is received your personalized recovery plan will be delivered.

How long does the survey take to complete?

The survey can take anywhere from 15 minutes to 2 hours. This depends on how much information you are willing to share.

Is this confidential?

Absolutely. We promise to never share your information with anybody outside of Liverehab.

How much does it cost?

The personalized recovery plan is 49.95.

How long will it take to get my personalized recovery plan?

Once payment is received you will receive the plan within 48 hours.

Can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds. However, if you are dissatisfied with the results we can offer a free 30 minute consultation via phone, email, or Skype to address your specific concerns.

What are the benefits of a personalized recovery plan?

We write personalized recovery plans for a wide variety of individuals. Most of our clients are not able to attend a traditional treatment program due to work or other obligations and prefer to obtain sobriety from the comfort of their own home. We have written plans for teens, elderly, and everyone in between.
