No guarantee is made regarding results you may or may not achieve by subscribing to our services.

Smart Start terms

If you purchase Smart Start:

you will receive an email within 24 hours requesting that you book a time
if you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice
meetings take place through Google Meet unless otherwise arranged
you should test the meeting link, microphone, and speakers in advance
after the meeting, your individualized plan will be sent as a PDF within 2 business days

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late:

the first time, you will be asked to reschedule
the second time, you will receive a survey instead, and your individualized plan will be sent within 2 business days after we receive your responses
